Family-friendly hotel with extremely helpful and incredibly helpful staff and magnificent views at sunset. Climate control, a balcony, and a lounge in the room and the comfortable bed. Private parking on site provided. Not to mention reliable wifi! Comfy location near to Olims Bar and Restaurant, easy check-in. Also, even in the breakfast area.

Lovely old fashioned and well-designed hotel located in a particularly good area next to other tourist attractions, war memorial, pub attached, and the main Canberra shopping centre. Outstanding food, incredibly helpful staff at replenishing breakfast items. Pet-friendly and brand-new room, comfortable beds. Easy check in, reasonable prices. Free Wi-Fi provided in property.

The location was fantastic for me as it was close enough to an old English pub, huge shopping centre and both Civic center and the War Memorial. Overall the service was great.
